Baby Bits

This is a scrapbook page I did just to remember all the amazing little baby bits that I get to see everyday. Soon they will be replaced by big kid bits and I want to remember how fresh and sweet they were. I used a couple of photos for the background. One is of a mailbox that I took. The bottom layer is a photo of some dirt- haha- that Dennis took. I really liked the texture. It was very orange, and to make it blend with the greys in my pics I used one of my favorite tricks and turned one color of the orange pixels grey. I like how it turned out.

No Babies Allowed in the Mosh Pit

She pulled that green baby seat over to the fence and climbed in. Ahhhhh, time to push all the forbidden buttons!

I made a textured paper

I used Dennis' picture here to make the textured background paper for this scrapbook page. I think it is neato. It took me forever to make this look the way I wanted. I was trying to put too much of the red color from the carpet in the page. Then I remembered your last page from Europe and how nice the red looked just being in your scarf in various pics and on that one painting and I went for red accents and made the texture paper nuetral. I like it much better now.

Double Duo...

...in thier double stroller. Double strollers always remind me of the time we went shopping in that fancy mall with little bitty Savanah and Jake in that cool mall double stoller. We were browsing away when we suddenly realized that our stroller was full of kid-snagged high-end bath products. Haha. I remember how embarrassed I was returning those.

Sure you do!

This is the one I was talking about...

I don't have a tool bar

This is what my screen looks like when I start a post. Is that what it supposed to look like? My popups and counters work now - they didn't yesterday. Maybe I had to log off for them to take effect?

Pick Me Up

pick me up, originally uploaded by KatieRaeC.

Man, computers are amazing these days. So this I blogged from my flickr photos, right in my flickr acount (which is also yahoo). It only took a minute to set up. This stuff is kind of scary. So I mean, I made a blog entry, but from flickr. OK, I'm gonna give up trying to follow how this all works.

This is a picture of the crane we used to put a well in on a job site the other day.

A Digital Background

I thought this picture that Dennis Blauer took would make a great Digi SB paper. But I'm not sure how to do it...

My New Phone

My old phone finally bit the big one. It was over three years old, ancient in cell phone terms, I guess. I paid way too much for it when I got it so I wanted to get my money's worth, but it has been dying a slow ugly death for months. So yesterday I got my new phone. A Blackberry. I think I am in love. But I am waiting for the honeymoon to be over to tell for sure.

Oh, look! A picture. Haha, this is fun. Easy too.
